Conversation Classes + writing, analytical reading, vocabulary, grammar

Students will receive one conversation lesson per week conducted by English teacher and one lesson per week of all other aspects of language learning conducted by a Georgian teacher.

The main aim of the conversation classes is to improve your communication skills and your English language knowledge. It is designed for those who intend to communicate with foreign partners, be in equal position with them while discussing important issues. Classes  will help you express your ideas correctly, use the English language as a tool while debating, raises your self-esteem, gives a chance to participate in international projects.

You will speak about and discuss different topics:

• Travelling
• Education
• Communication
• Entertainment

Special emphasis will be made on leading an interview:

• Turning negative into positive
• Showing your competence
• Negotiation skills

The teaching phase begins with the presentation of material. During team study, group members work cooperatively with worksheets and answer sheets. Next, each student individually takes a quiz. The teacher scores the papers. Each team receives recognition awards. Then the group starts working on the next unit and after the unit is done the same cycle starts working.

All the participants have to take a pre - test and after their actual level is revealed they are divided into groups. During the teaching process students will have to go through oral practice tests that show and improve their speaking abilities and write three complete tests. The first test - at the end of the first month, the second- at the end of the second month and the third – at the end of the course. The tests will reveal their writing, grammar and spelling skills.
