    The training course aims at developing communication skills in participants, delivering psycho-communicational techniques that will enable them to interpret customers’ requirements accurately, lead the negotiations properly, react effectively while facing conflicts, maintain self-control during the working day. 


    The method used:


    Theory balanced with practical exercises, presentation, role-play, simulation, cases, brainstorming, facilitated discussion.
