ტრენინგის მონაწილეებისთვის ეწყობა 1 დღიანი სამუშაო ვიზიტი ფოთის პორტში, რომლის ფარგლებშიც მონაწილეები:
1. დაათვალიერებენ ნავმისადგომებსა და სხვადასხვა ტვირთების ტერმინალებს. გაიცემა ფოთის პორტში შესასვლელად საჭირო საშვები და ჩაფხუტები და ჟილეტები.
2. გაეცნობიან ტვირთის გაფორმებისათვის საჭირო თითოეულ პროცედურას: საკონტეინერო ტერმინალიდან ტვირთის გატანას, გაფორმების ეროვნულ ზონაში (გეზი) ტვირთის გაფორმების პროცედურას (რა დოკუმენტაცია არის საჭირო იმპრტის, ექსპორტის, ტრანზიტის დროს); სამანქანო ტრანსპორტირების შემთხვევაში სატრანსპორტო ზედდებულის (CMR)-ის გამოწერას და ტვირთის გაშვებას. თითოეული დოკუმენტაციის გამოწერისა და გაფორმების პროცესებს მათ ჩვენი ოპერატიული მენეჯერი გააცნობს.
3. დაათვალიერებენ ლოგისტიკური კომპანიის "არბიეს ლოგისტიკ"-ის ფოთის ოპერატიული ოფისს.

Students are divided into four or five member groups and a four-step cycle is initiated: teach, team study, test and recognition. The teaching phase begins with the presentation of material. During team study, group members work cooperatively with worksheets and answer sheets. Next, each student individually takes a quiz. The teacher scores the papers. Each team receives recognition awards. Then the group starts working on the next unit and after the unit is done the same cycle starts working.
All the participants have to take a pre - test and after their actual level is revealed they are divided into groups. During the teaching process students will have to go through oral practice tests that show and improve their speaking abilities and write three complete tests. The first test - at the end of the first month, the second- at the end of the second month and the third – at the end of the course. The tests will reveal their writing, grammar and spelling skills.
Teaching Professional English - Legal English, Financial English, Official Communication English – requires high level of General English (upper intermediate). We understand that very often it is lower than anticipated. That is why we choose such an approach: we combine General English with Professional English that lets us improve our trainees’ reading, listening, writing, grammar and professional skills simultaneously.
The course is designed for those who intend to learn Russian or raise the level of their knowledge in a short time. After pre-testing students are admitted to appropriate level groups. The interactive method of teaching used at the centre causes maximum involvement of students in the working process that, on its turn, results in more fluency and better understanding of Russian.
